Please read these booking terms carefully before making a reservation.
About Us
Ontime Travel Ltd (Company Number 08762640) is an IATA accredited travel agency based at 183 Halliwell Road, Bolton, Greater Manchester BL1 3NN. All flight bookings made through us are ATOL protected.
Bookings and Payment
A booking is confirmed once we have received full payment or an agreed deposit and issued confirmation. Prices quoted are subject to availability and can change until payment is taken and the booking is confirmed.
ATOL Protection
All flights and flight-inclusive holidays booked with us are financially protected by the ATOL scheme. When you pay, you will be supplied with an ATOL Certificate confirming what is protected.
Cancellations and Amendments
Cancellation and amendment charges vary by airline, hotel and supplier and will be advised at the time of booking. Some fares are non-refundable and non-changeable.
Passports, Visas and Health
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure they hold a valid passport, any required visas, and to meet health requirements for their destination.
Our Liability
We act as an agent for the airlines, hotels and other suppliers we book on your behalf and, except where we are at fault, we are not liable for their acts or omissions.

Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
